REGISTRATION DEADLINE, TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2026
Thank you for your interest in the Broadview Heights Community Garage Sale. You can participate in one of two ways. You can have your sale at your home in Broadview Heights for up to three days. Or you can bring your sale items to the city amphitheater and sell, sell, sell on Saturday, August 29th (one day only). The choice is yours! There are two separate applications; please fill out the appropriate one and send it in. Below is a summary of each option.
3-day City-Wide Sale at your Home
Sell your items from home. There is no cost to you. Promotional & directional outdoor signage is the seller's responsibility. Signs can be placed on your street directing buyers to your home on the morning of your first day and must be removed at the end of your final day. I encourage you to draw attention to your home, so it is easy to find (balloons, streamers, signs, etc.). Detailed instructions are listed on the application. If you're unable to host a sale at home, this event is the perfect alternative. One day there will be food trucks and live music, making it a great occasion to draw in a crowd!
Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to sign up early. Each seller will receive a numbered space that corresponds with the items listed on the map so you are easy to find. If you opt to sell at the amphitheater, there is a non-refundable fee of $10.00 for residents and $25.00 for non-residents.
Please remember to bring your own table(s) and chairs. We highly recommend setting up a pop-up tent as well to ensure protection and comfort from the weather. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this exciting event!
